H-flux was born in Seoul in 2024 as a platform for multidisciplinary artists to challenge and explore the boundaries of their talents. We support and promote emerging creators worldwide and encourage established artists to spread their wings.

 

Dedicated to fostering artistic excellence, we support groundbreaking and boundary-pushing art without regard to personal background or formal training.

 

Our gallery's name represents transition. As opposed to following traditions fixed in time, a state of flux signals evolution, constant change, and experimentation. This encapsulates the spirit of our gallery and the vision of our founder—Stacie Eunmi Hur, the "H" in H-Flux.

 

Stacie studied at Columbia and Yonsei Universities, earning degrees in art history and business, respectively. H-Flux combines her love for art, travel, and business, and was inspired by Steve Jobs' philosophy of 'Connecting the Dots,' which emphasizes the importance of drawing together the diverse skills and experiences we gather throughout our lives.
